The newly refurbished Rosebank Hotel is a destination to delight all the senses. There are no frozen foods or pre-prepared meals at Fresh. The menu at the restaurant offers an array of culinary colours and flavours, with both simple and stylish fare inspired by international influences. Hammond speaks enthusiastically about everything on Fresh’s menu, but is particularly fervent about the seafood they offer. Seafood is a low in fat, high in Omega 3, and at its absolute best when it’s at its freshest. "Come and eat the prawns until you drop," says Hammond with a wicked smile. The Rosebank completed a refurbishment in August 2008 that includes renovation of all 318 rooms including the lobby and entrance being recreated to cater to all five senses with the use of vibrant colours, mood lighting, textured fabrics and ambient, subtle music. The renovation will also introduce an internationally-branded Seven Colours Spa and gym featuring top of the range Technogym equipment, as well as upgraded conference facilities fitted with the latest technology. The Rosebank Food Destinations FRESH RESTAURANT Fresh boasts a live cooking concept in its open plan kitchen making use of the best and freshest products available.
